1. Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to the BalooTrix account you want to delete.
- Open Profile, then Help & Support, then Account deletion.
- Select Delete my account, enter the six-character Player ID shown in your profile, confirm the acknowledgement, and select Verify and schedule deletion.
- The app displays the scheduled deletion date. You can cancel from the same screen during the seven-day grace period.
2. Request deletion on the web
If you cannot sign in or use the in-app control, select the web-request button above. In the support form choose “Privacy or account deletion”, start the message with “Account deletion request”, and provide the Player ID and the email address or phone number associated with the account.
Do not send a password, one-time code, authentication token, payment information, or a copy of an identity document. Support may ask for limited verification before scheduling deletion.
3. Delete specific data without deleting your account
You can edit profile fields and remove supported content from the app. To request deletion of other specific account data while keeping the account, use the same secure support form, choose “Privacy or account deletion”, and identify the exact data you want deleted.
We may verify the account and explain any limited record that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, disputes, table integrity, or legal obligations.
4. Data deleted or de-identified
- Authentication account and sign-in identifiers.
- Private and public profile data, including profile media.
- Notification registrations and account notification data.
- Circle membership, invitations, directory entries, and account-linked training feedback.
- Account identifiers in retained match history are replaced with pseudonymous scoring keys, and the deleted player’s display name and photo are anonymized.
5. Limited data that may be retained
Completed match records may be retained without the deleted player’s name or photo so scores and table integrity remain accurate. Limited pseudonymous audit, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may also be retained when reasonably necessary.
Protected provider backups may clear according to the provider’s normal backup cycle. Retained information is not used to recreate the deleted account.
6. Timing and cancellation
A verified request is scheduled with a seven-day grace period. You can cancel an in-app request before the displayed date. After the grace period, deletion enters a protected purge process that retries until all required cleanup succeeds.
