1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using BalooTrix, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. App-store or platform terms may also apply and control where they conflict with these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent to an online service where you live. If local law requires parental consent, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms.
- Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in links and one-time codes confidential, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- One person may not impersonate another, create deceptive identities, sell accounts, or evade an account restriction.
- Guest play may store progress only on the device and may not support recovery, synchronization, or social features.
3. Permission to use BalooTrix
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BalooTrix for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms. The service, game presentation, software, designs, brands, and original content remain owned by BalooTrix or its licensors.
These terms do not grant rights to copy, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass protections, or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
4. Gameplay and no real-money gambling
BalooTrix provides Baloot and Trix for entertainment, practice, and social play. It does not accept wagers, pay cash prizes, or convert game results or virtual status into money. Never use BalooTrix to organize unlawful betting.
Rules, scoring, AI behavior, difficulty, matchmaking, and available modes may evolve. Game outcomes can be affected by player decisions, connection quality, software behavior, and chance. We do not guarantee a particular result, ranking, opponent, or uninterrupted match.
5. Fair play and prohibited conduct
- Do not cheat, collude, manipulate matchmaking or scoring, use unauthorized automation, exploit bugs, or interfere with another player’s connection or turn.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, publish private information, send spam, or use unlawful, sexually exploitative, or hateful content.
- Do not attack, probe, overload, or bypass the service, authentication, rate limits, permissions, or security controls.
- Do not upload malware, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use BalooTrix for fraud or any illegal purpose.
- Report a vulnerability or serious abuse privately through the Support page rather than exploiting or publicly disclosing it before it can be addressed.
6. Your content and player interactions
You retain ownership of profile text, images, feedback, training notes, and other content you submit. You give BalooTrix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for protected backups, de-identified information, or records lawfully retained.
You are responsible for your content and interactions. Only upload content you have the right to use. Other players are independent users; BalooTrix does not endorse their statements or guarantee their identity or conduct.
7. AI opponents and training features
AI players are part of the game experience. Their moves, explanations, difficulty, and availability can change and may be imperfect. Training notes or feedback may be reviewed, rejected, de-identified, or used to improve approved gameplay systems, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party personal information as training feedback. AI gameplay output is entertainment, not professional advice.
8. Availability, updates, and third parties
We may update, suspend, or discontinue a feature to improve the service, protect players, comply with law, or address technical limits. We aim to preserve legitimate player access and will provide notice when reasonably practical, but we cannot promise that every feature, account integration, or saved guest game will always remain available.
Third-party sign-in, hosting, app-store, notification, and network services have their own terms and may affect availability. BalooTrix is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.
9. Suspension, termination, and deletion
We may restrict a feature or suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to stop abuse, cheating, security risk, illegality, or a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we may investigate first, preserve relevant evidence, and offer a way to contact support.
You may stop using BalooTrix at any time and may delete your account through the in-app controls. Sections that by their nature should continue—such as ownership, lawful retained records, disclaimers, and dispute terms—survive termination.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
BalooTrix is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not exclude any warranty or consumer right that the law says cannot be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, BalooTrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost data, lost opportunity, or loss caused by unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice before a material change takes effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law without removing mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please use the Support page with enough detail for us to try to resolve it. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court or authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.
